On a home demonstration we'll let you take a look at the WAV up-close, and test your comfort, usability and general enjoyment of the vehicle. You can use this opportunity to familiarise yourself with the ramp or lift operation, discuss the layout of the vehicle and make sure the wheelchair user, the driver and any other passengers are happy with the vehicle itself and all of its controls.
What's more, you'll then also get to take advantage of free nationwide delivery. Once you've ordered your WAV from us, we'll ensure it reaches you safe and sound, to your desired specification, and perform a thorough handover.
Then once you've got your WAV, whether you're on the Motability Scheme or have bought an Aftercare package from us, we'll send out an Aftercare Engineer (wherever you are in the country) to complete a one-month familiarisation check and subsequent annual WAV checks, to make sure everything is working as expected.
