We are open!

We are ready to start visiting our customers again for both sales and in-life vehicle support - but we want to do everything we possibly can to keep both our customers and colleagues safe.

On our arrival, you will see we are doing things slightly differently to help protect you and our colleagues. We will be friendly and helpful, as always, but this will now be in the form of a reduced contact interaction with you.

  • Social distancing

    When one of our colleagues visits you, please ensure you maintain social distancing rules and remain 2 metres apart at all times.

  • Pre-visit call

    We will give you a courtesy call the day before our visit to check that no-one in your household is self-isolating. If they are, we'll simply rearrange the appointment.

  • Safety first

    The Sales Advisor will thoroughly clean the WAV we bring to show you before the demonstration and will be wearing a face mask and gloves throughout.

  • Safety first

    The Versa Life Engineer will thoroughly clean on the way in and way out of your WAV and will be wearing a face mask and gloves whilst working on your vehicle.

  • Contactless transaction

    No paperwork will be exchanged between you and our colleagues. All paperwork will be provided to you electronically or posted out.
